CIEH Award in Managing Food Safety in Catering (Level 4)

If you are responsible for Food Safety within your organisation, or maybe you are contemplating teaching the subject of Food Safety, then this could be the course for you.

It is suitable for a range of people including, Trainers, Production Managers, Owners and Managers of food businesses and Supervisors.

Although there are no pre-requisites for this course, it would be of a huge benefit if you have attended at least the Basic Food Safety course and ideally the Intermediate course.

This course is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health and is a level 4 qualification (QCA code 500/1506/0)
