If you are responsible for Food Safety within your organisation, or maybe you are contemplating teaching the subject of Food Safety, then this could be the course for you.

Although there are no pre-requisites for this course, it would be of a huge benefit if you have attended at least the Basic Food Safety course and ideally the Intermediate course.
