Nuco prides itself on the quality of service, support and essential back-up given to all Nuco trained Instructors. For example, Nuco advises of new First Aid (HSE and Resuscitation Council UK) protocol changes to all Instructors and Assessors as they occur.

One of the main reasons for our success is in the service, support and back-up we are able to provide to our customers and instructors. We pride ourselves in exceeding normal customer expectations. Specialised personal service is something that is often missing in today's business environment.

Nuco regularly monitors all its instructors and assessors to ensure the highest possible standards are maintained. As a result, a pass rate in excess of 95% has been achieved for all students that have undertaken an examination or assessment with Nuco Training.

As a new Instructor of First Aid, you will be given much support in respect of producing marketing literature and personalising certificates. We are constantly seeking enhancements to ensure you get the best possible support when you start training. Leave the burden of administration to us.
